I started this painting years ago when I was still painting with acrylic paint. I didn't like how the colors were coming out, so I put it aside. I had painted about 1/3 of the painting with acrylic. I decided recently to paint over the acrylic with oil and to finish off what had not been painted with oil. 
Love it. I like how you have handled the glass of the pitcher and the water. That's very pleasing. Again the work and play with the light and the details in the shadows is beautiful.
